We currently deliver to the following destinations:

- United States
- Europe
Delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on the destination. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products are permitted in their country.
4. Customs and International Taxes
Customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the displayed prices.
5. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of taxes.
Payments are secured and can be made via:

6. Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe and United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days
LIPIDEA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return a product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Before returning any product, you must contact us by email at info@lipidea.com to obtain a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
7.2 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- Product received damaged
- Error in the order (wrong product delivered)
In these cases, LIPIDEA will cover the return shipping costs or offer an exchange at no additional cost.
7.3 Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the return is approved, a full refund (excluding initial shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
In the case of a damaged or non-compliant product, photos may be required before processing the refund.
Sale items or personalized items are non-refundable, except in case of defect.
